Guidelines for Presenters
Presentation Duration:
- Each presentation should last 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q & A session.
- For the following sessions, presentations should be a maximum of 12 minutes to accommodate more speakers:
- 4th September, Session A4
- 5th September, Sessions C4 and D4
Presentation Template: No specific template is required for your presentation.
Submission Deadline: Kindly ensure your presentation is uploaded by 2nd September via the following link.

Registration:
- Date: September 4th
- Time: 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM
- Location: Palaestra, Paradisgatan 4, Lund
- Note: The conference will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, so please ensure you arrive on time.
Conference Sessions:
- Opening Session, Keynote Speeches, and Closing Session: All will be held at Palaestra, Paradisgatan 4, Lund.
- Parallel Sessions:
- Sessions A & B: Palaestra, Paradisgatan 4, Lund
- Sessions C & D: AF Borgen, Sandgatan 2, 22350 Lund (in two different rooms: Lilla Salen and Nya Fest)
- Food and Refreshments: Morning and afternoon coffee breaks, as well as lunch, will be served at Palaestra, Paradisgatan 4, Lund.
